  • Ran for NZL at the 2024 World Cross Country Champs in Belgrade, Serbia.

  • 2023 (I unfortunately suffered a stress fracture at the end of the 2022 season, so my races and training were brought to a halt  after the 1500m classic in October. I had to take 4 complete months off running, and started running again March of 2023, and 2 months later entered my first race, which was state short course)
